This beta version of TwinBLAST runs in a VM and can be used to view the output from an LGTSeek pipeline. Previous versions of TwinBLAST required Apache and significant knowledge of the web server configuration. The beta version of TwinBLAST provided here allows users to curate their results. A future version will provide the option for users to limit the data and generate a report based on the data selected.
